Yes, if you have your forms as PDFs. Upload them to Formisoft and they become mobile forms, or keep your exact layout with fillable fields on top. You can also start from 200+ templates.

Front Desk includes webhooks and a REST API, so new submissions and patients can be sent to other systems. Formisoft does not offer native EHR integrations or the in-office check-in tablets Phreesia provides.

Yes. Every plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256), access is controlled by role, admins can review an audit log, and data is hosted in the United States.
