Can I collect payments during patient intake?
Yes, on Front Desk. Add a "Collect Payment" field to any form using the slash command menu (type "/" then select it from Advanced). In the field's settings (gear icon), configure:
- Product name (e.g. "New Patient Registration Fee")
- Amount (e.g. $25.00) and currency
- Pricing type (one-time or recurring)
Patients see a secure payment form embedded in your intake form. Payment is processed when they submit. A 5% processing fee is applied per transaction.
