Can I send intake forms via text message (SMS)?
Yes, on Front Desk. In the Send Form dialog, choose SMS and the patient receives a text with your practice name and a direct link to the form:
- Messages are prefixed with your organization name (e.g. "[Harris Family Clinic] Complete your intake form before your visit")
