How does billing work?
Go to Settings > Billing:
- Subscription status (Active, Past Due, Canceled, or Unpaid)
- Plan details and per-seat pricing for additional members
- Click "Manage Billing" to access the customer portal
- Update payment method, view invoices, or cancel from the portal
