What webhook events are available?

Seven event types you can subscribe to:

• submission.created - patient submits a form
• submission.reviewed - staff reviews a submission
• appointment.created - new appointment scheduled
• appointment.updated - appointment status or details changed
• patient.created - new patient record created
• patient.updated - patient information modified
• form.published - form goes live
