How do appointment reminders work?
On Front Desk, when the appointment reminder is on, Formisoft sends one before every upcoming appointment:
- Sent 24 hours before the visit
- Sent by SMS or email
- Includes the patient's name, appointment date and time, and your practice name
No manual action needed. Pending forms get their own intake reminder 48 hours before the visit.
