What automated workflows does Formisoft offer?
Formisoft runs the important follow-up automatically. There is no visual workflow builder to set up. What runs on its own:
- Intake forms sent at booking, for visit types that have forms attached
- Intake form reminders: 48 hours before the visit, only if forms are not done (by email)
- Appointment reminders: 24 hours before the visit, by SMS or email
- Confirmation messages when a visit is booked
- New patient welcome: 5 minutes after a patient is added
- No-show follow-up: 1 hour after a visit is marked no-show
Turn each reminder on or off in Settings > Reminders. Webhooks, the API, Zapier, and Keragon can pass events to other systems.
