How do intake reminders work?
If a patient hasn't completed their intake forms, Formisoft sends an automatic reminder:
- Sent 48 hours before the appointment
- Includes a magic link that takes the patient directly to their pending forms
- Only sent if forms are still pending. Patients who already finished intake are not reminded
- Included on every plan, by email
Your dashboard shows who is still not ready for today and tomorrow, with a one-tap Remind if you want to nudge them yourself.
