Can I send bulk SMS messages?
No. Formisoft does not send bulk or marketing campaigns. Messages go to one patient at a time:
- Automatic reminders go to each patient with an upcoming visit
- On the dashboard, one tap on Remind nudges a patient who is not ready for today or tomorrow
- Message any patient one to one from the inbox (Front Desk)
- Every message carries your organization name, and delivery is tracked per recipient
