Can I automate beyond the built-in workflows?
Not inside Formisoft: there is no workflow builder or custom trigger setup. On Front Desk, webhooks, REST API, Zapier, and Keragon can hand events to other tools:
- Send selected patient data to another system
- Send a Slack notification when an intake form is submitted
- Create a task in your project management tool when a submission is flagged
- Sync appointment data to Google Calendar
- Trigger a billing workflow when a payment is collected
This is optional. Booking, intake, reminders, and payments run inside Formisoft without an EHR integration.
