Can I customize the message templates?
The built-in reminders use fixed, plain wording, so there is no template editor to maintain. Each message fills in:
- The patient's first name
- Your practice name
- The appointment date and time
- A magic link to pending forms (intake reminders)
For anything else, write your own message from the patient inbox on Front Desk, where you can keep saved replies.
