  • Standard ($149.99/mo): scheduling, patient tags, SMS/email inbox, payments, and reviews
  • Pro ($349.99/mo): Standard + smart tags, campaigns, automation flows, and Voice AI Receptionist — includes 2,000 flow triggers ($0.10 each after) and 250 insurance verifications ($0.20 each after) per month
  • Optional add-on: Formisoft Telehealth ($49.99/mo)
  • Enterprise pricing for SSO, SLAs, and dedicated support

Starter is limited to 1 seat. Standard and Pro include 1 seat; additional team members are $19.99/mo each. If you collect payments, a 5% processing fee applies per transaction.
