Turn on the post-visit review workflow. Configure the timing (e.g. 2 hours after appointment) and set your Google Business profile URL.
Patient Receives Review Request

How does the Google Review redirect work?
When a patient rates their experience 4 or 5 stars, they're shown a 'Leave a review on Google' button that takes them directly to your Google Business review page. The transition is seamless and takes one tap.
What happens with low ratings?
Ratings below 4 stars are routed to a private feedback form where patients can share details about their experience. Your team is notified so they can follow up directly. The feedback stays internal, it won't appear publicly.
Can I customize when review requests are sent?
Yes. You can configure the delay after an appointment, for example, 2 hours, same day, or next morning. You can also choose whether to send via email, SMS, or both.
Do I need a Google Business profile?
A Google Business profile is required for the Google Review redirect feature. If you don't have one, you can still collect star ratings and private feedback through Formisoft, the redirect simply won't activate.
